We developed a data analytics platform for galleries and museums to grow our clients collectors email list and combat ghost attendees on average we captured 70% more emails using this technology.

Momento | Data Analytics for Galleries and Museums In 2021, shortly after moving to London, we spent time exploring galleries across the city. One pattern quickly stood out. Many galleries were still using handwritten guest books to collect visitor emails, capturing very little useful data and offering little incentive for visitors to participate. This observation led to the creation of Momento, a platform designed to help galleries and museums capture meaningful visitor insights while creating a memorable experience. Visitors were invited to answer a simple prompt, “How do you feel at this moment?”, along with a few short questions curated by the gallery. In return, they received a personalised AI generated memento sent to their email, capturing that moment in time. The experience also introduced incentives such as art supplies, canvas sets or invitations to exclusive events. This encouraged participation while helping institutions transform anonymous foot traffic into valuable audience insights while growing their mailing lists. Momento was later used in brand activations with companies such as Matches Fashion and Moncler.
