What Actually Drives Event Attendance in 2026

Creative studios that host events often over-index on visual polish and under-invest in distribution sequence. Our research across launches shows attendance lifts when event narratives are serialized in advance: teaser, context, social proof, then clear attendance utility. We also found that app-backed event touchpoints (waitlists, RSVP reminders, post-event summaries) increase meaningful follow-up more than one-off promotional posts. For AI ad campaigns, pre-event concept snippets outperform polished final cuts in early conversion windows because they invite participation and curiosity.
